The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective customers to discuss the impact Simpro is able to bring to them with the aim of booking product demonstrations between the prospect and the Account Executives and / or Business Development Managers.
The Business Development Representative will book product demonstrations between Simpro and potential customers by collaborating with Account Executives / Business Development Managers to successfully attain the partnership. Assist with closing deals, build strong pipelines of future prospects by sourcing potential leads and converting outbound opportunities. Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up-to-date at all times and work on delivering personal campaigns.
While the ability to demonstrate experience in a similar sales and/or lead generating role would be advantageous, you should have the capacity to work effectively under pressure and consistently hit sales targets. Carry great capabilities when it comes to nurturing and building strong client relationships while demonstrating excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn a comprehensive software platform.
